Omega Oils

They have also been shown to have a blood-thinning effect thereby helping to reduce the risk of coronary heart disease or stroke. There is now compelling evidence to suggest a recommended intake of up to 1000mg of Omega 3 per day is the optimum, especially for those with cardiovascular concerns.
