Traditionally this is not a subject that we tend to discuss but i have been suffering from mild depression for several years. It began after the birth of my children and i was told that it would sort itself well it didn't and honestly i didn't think that i was taken very seriously by my doctor. I began researching herbal treatments and read much about Korean Ginseng and St john wort. Being that they were both herbal i took the chance on them, i am not saying that they are a miracle cure but i do seem to suffer less and less bouts and can manage stressful situations with more ease. I would certainly recommend them although obviously we all react differently they have helped me.
