i buy these for my parents as neither of them eat properly they are always on the go.i take the multi-vitamins for myself and i'm more than happy with them,my parents seem happy and say they are easy to swollow.

i saw these advertised a few months ago and thought i would try them as i am sadly in this age bracket and so glad i did i feel that they do really work so much so that my husband now takes them and he hates taking pills but they are easy to swollow so he cant grumble too much .great product
