I spent many years being deficient in vitamins. I had problems with food and rarely ate, i have addressed this problem now but was advised to take vitamin supplements as my body was essentially starved of vitamins. I find Select's supplements very good value and always receive top service.

Although i do feel that i eat a pretty good balanced diet, i feel that a good multiVitamin is essential as to be honest who can say that hand on heart they eat 5 a day. I do eat a variation of fruits and veg but there are some that i cannot stomach, these multivits ensure i don't miss out on any essential vits.
