i have had psoriasis for years and use all the lotions and potions my doctor gave me,they help but it costs me a fortune in prescriptions,i was browsing one day and saw evening primrose oil ,thought i'd try it and see if it helped.i had to take it for a while before i saw any changes but changes i did see,my psoriasis is less itchy and sore. i dont scratch it anymore and it does seem to be calming down.my hair also seems shinier great result all round as its cheaper than a prescription

i have suffered from psoriasis for many years ,when a friend reccomended evening primrose oil i have to say i was sceptical,but i am so glad i tried it i have noticed a huge difference, it is really helping and my skin has improved in general as well.thank you
