i found out about this at work,i work in a nursing home and we had a visiting health professional come to give a talk ,i came away thinking must get some vitamin B ,it has been proven as a natural remedy that boosts brain function and helps to ward off dementia.

i for one intend to keep all my marbles intact as i get older,my father suffered from dementia and watching my beloved father slowly become a stranger ,was heart breaking .so i intend to do all that i can to prevent my children going through the same,i know this wont prevent it but it can help keep my mind in top condition
