My family have a history of osteoporosis, i decided to start taking this in hopes of avoiding the condition myself. I use many of supplements from select healthy, my husband often jokes that if i were to jump up and down i would rattle. I really believe though that supplements do aid daily living, so i just ignore him. Besides he takes glucosamine and swears by it.
