Vitamin B Complex

Recommended for good mental health, latest research suggests the need for daily vitamin B to ensure good mental health. My mother has been diagnosed with the early stages of dementia and having researched the mental illness myself i discovered that vitamin B is essential in warding off mental health issues. I now take this myself and buy it for my mother and daughter.
