I have been taking Echinacea since 2000 and during that time I have had one cold. A large part of the time I worked in a shop and was constantly surrounded by people who were suffering from colds, flu and all sorts of respiratory ailments - most of which I avoided. So as far as I'm concerned Echinacea really works
