i have very brittle nails that snap as soon as i manage to grow them even the tiniest bit ,have been using this for a few months now and my nails are the longest they've ever been,yay, they are still brittle but seem much stronger i'm hoping the longer i take it the stronger they will get,my hair also seems in better condition so cant loose
