I decided to start taking turmeric after extensively searching for help with reducing inflammation associated with artritis. Turmeric stood out as it had good reviews. I have now been taking it for several months and it does seem to be having a positive affect. This is my first order from select healthy but so far i am impressed my delivery arrived in excellent time and it contains the same amount of active ingredients as my previous and more expensive supplier.
