my hair has always been thin and this hasn't altered that,it doesn't suddenly give you jennifer annistons thick luscious locks ,(sadly) but it has made my hair feel smoother and i 'm sure easier to manage ,it is shinier to look at and feels in better condition which makes me really quite happy,recommended.
