i take this supplement for pure vanity ,while i dont mind getting older i dont particuarly want to look as though i am.this is my secret weapon against ageing along with vitamin e.i find the both together help my skin feel softer and most importantly smoother ,great for my hair, and nails are stronger it sounds daft but they used to peel off in layers and they dont anymore .very happy with the results and would recomend.
