i take vitamin c as i'm a smoker and as we all know smoking is not good for you smoking actually takes vitamin c out of your body and as we need daily amounts i take this to help remain healthy,well as healthy as a smoker can be, i also take vitamin e as i feel it helps my skin fight off the smoking lines .
