Glucosamine 500 & Chondroitin 400

i used to suffer with bad swelling and inflamation in my knees,after a good run i would struggle to get out of bed the next day,any movement painful ,glucosamine has really eased the pain and reduced the swelling,my knees are more flexible,i also take rosehip as a natural pain relief.means i dont have to give up a pastime that i love.
