Echinacea 1000mg

I had quite a bad time delivering my first baby and was left a bit battered and bruised. A very good friend recommended echinacea to help me heal quicker. I can't honestly say that it helped speed my recovery as i have nothing to compare it to, but i after researched the supplement i did discover that it is very good for cold prevention, so i continued to take it and so far only had a few sniffles.
