My wife and i both eat a healthy diet we are both at an age where we feel it is important to eat with care. Although we do eat with consideration we feel it important to supplement our diet with a good multivitamin, Select Healthy's 50 plus is a balanced multivitamin specifically for the older generation as it contains higher concentrations of vitamins that older body's need. It also contains Ginkgo Biloba which helps with brain function and circulation, all in all a good supplement for both of us.
