Good value product.
My only criticism is the list of ingredients shown on the website compared with the actual bottle. I picked this one because it appeared to have less ingredients than other brands, but having received the item and read the bottle this does not appear to be the case. Bottle shows 8 ingredients compared with 3 on the website.

i take this along with rose hip and find the combination works great for me,it has made a noticable improvement in my knee pain and i am no longer so restricted in my movements.
