i have lately discovered that smoking actually takes vitamin c out of your body,as vitamin c is something our bodies need daily ,this wasn't a good discovery.so started taking this daily as i cant seem to quit the smoking,not only is it good for my body in general it also benefits my skin.

fantastic i have finally found a vitamin c tablet that you dont have to chew i hate the chalky taste of other vit c tablets.with these tablets you can swollow straight down and dont have to chew them its brilliant.thank you will deffinately be buying more

Was diagnosed with hyperuricaemia (gout) a few years back and recent research suggests that vitamin C helps reduce uric acid in the blood. Some GP's are advising gout patients to supplement their diet with vitamin C, so I decided to try it. This is definitely the cheapest and best value for money I have found since I take 1500mg per day. And no gout attacks since I started it! Great product, great price and fast delivery.
