I am a keen rambler, so when i started to get pain in my knees i was more than a little upset at the thought of maybe having to reduce my walking, or worse giving it up altogether. Another rambler recommended glucosamine, the results were brilliant. The glucosamine greatly reduced the pain and even my doctor commented on the benefits of glucosamine.
