this is a really good product it did take a while but i'm really seeing a difference now even my friends have commented on my hair ,my hair feels in better condition my nails are looking better,i used to get alot of ridges but as the nail grows i can see an improvement, really happy i took a chance and bought it ,will buy again.

i can only say wow what a difference to my hair nail and skin,i have struggled to grow my nails for years, for years they have always been soft and would rip easily,now they are much stronger,the only problem i have now is that i'm spending a fortune on nail polish.
