Select Healthy's Glucosamine has worked wonders on my hands, i have suffered on and off with stiff fingers and painful movement for years and was really afraid that it was arthritis, thankfully it wasn't , although my doctor did warn that i could develop it later. Glucosamine has eased my hands and i have much better movement.
