I take vitamin D reguarly for defence against bone disease, it also helps to keep away the winter blues, especially with our good British weather. I am sometimes stuck in the house for long periods as i do not drive and when the weather is continually bad i am limited so spend alot of time indoors.Select always deliver in good time.
