My parents started having problems with their knees few years ago. After they started taking a tablet per day more than a year ago, they have both experienced significant improvement. Currently they are actually doing really well - and they are walking a lot.

I am actively working out for years (3-4 extensive trainings per week plus cycling and/or running) and also take a tablet daily to protect my joints. No problems so far.
