Milk Thistle

I decided recently after many years of excessive drinking to cut down and try and take better care of myself. Step 1 was to reduce my alcohol intake and step 2 was to eat healthier. Step 3 was to look into diet supplements. I was recommended milk thistle by my new gym instructor as it really helps the liver to recover after alcohol abuse. I still have the odd drink but nowhere near the level i was drinking before, i feel healthier and quite good now. Recommended select healthy for honest priced supplements.
