Glucosamine 500 & Chondroitin 400

I take this supplement for swollen and painful joints, thankfully it has reduced the pain and the swelling is more bearable. To anyone taking this for the first time i would say don't expect overnight results as it took about 3 months to be really effective for me. Don't give up on it as it does make a huge difference.
