it took a while for me to notice any difference i was at the stage of thinking that i was going to give up,but glad i didnt i can really feel a boost in my energy levels ,it took about 6 weeks for me to notice a change ,i suppose you have to give it chance to work and i am a bit inpatient ,really glad i carried on so my message is give it a chance it really will make a difference
