a friend bought this for me as she thought i needed it,wasnt sure how to take that but accepted it gracefully,i was pleasantly surprised to find that it did indeed help it has improved the look and feel of my skin and my hair is in better condition to ,so thanks to my friend for a great but unusual gift .will continue to use it .
