my midwife actually recommended this to me when i was in hospital after the birth of my first baby ,i had to have a ceasarian section and she said this would really help with the healing process .i had never taken herbal supplements before but she was an experienced health professional so i gave it a go.i healed well and in good time and have continued to take it ever since, as having later researched it ,it has good overall benefits and i strongly recommend.
