this was recommended to me by a family member as being good for general health ,i had a poor immune system as a child and even in my teens continued to get one bug after another ,so my uncle said to try this ,i was happily surprised ,i still get poorly but seem to fight off the bugs much quicker and bounce back ,good stuff if you ask me.
