i take echinacea daily ,except for the small break that must take,and haven't had a cold in the last 8 months even when my wife had a stinker ,i remained cold free.my wife is now a convert and has started taking it to.great delivery time from select as usual.

i used to suffer from regular ear infections at least 3-4 a year since i was a child ,i started taking echinacea last year and so far i have had only 1 and it was not as severe as they usually are.i would recommend echinacea to anyone who suffers from regular infections.Quality supplement from select.
