Great supplement for joints the benefit of glucosamine is well known so it was great to find an online supplement company that also delivers on quality and price - highly recommended. I wouldnt be without glucosamine.

I take a daily dose of Select Glucosamine to help with training, i was advised that a good dose would help to prevent injury and help with recovery. I work with weights most days but do combine intense cardio every other day, Glucosamine supports joint function.
