Derived from crustaceans, the shells of shrimp, crab and lobster to be precise our Glucosamine 1500mg tablets provide an easier way to top up. All our Glucosamine tablets are sustainably sourced and our manufacturing process helps to preserve the vital nutrients, providing you with high quality supplements. Our Glucosamine 1500mg is a higher strength supplement and one of our more popular products. Each tablet contains 1500mg of Glucosamine and is coated for easier swallowing.

I take a daily dose of Select Glucosamine to help with training, i was advised that a good dose would help to prevent injury and help with recovery. I work with weights most days but do combine intense cardio every other day, Glucosamine supports joint function.

My only criticism is the list of ingredients shown on the website compared with the actual bottle. I picked this one because it appeared to have less ingredients than other brands, but having received the item and read the bottle this does not appear to be the case. Bottle shows 8 ingredients compared with 3 on the website.

My parents started having problems with their knees few years ago. After they started taking a tablet per day more than a year ago, they have both experienced significant improvement. Currently they are actually doing really well - and they are walking a lot.
