to be honest thought this would be just a gimmick but i'm a busy working mum and dont seem to stop from dusk til dawn,so thought why not try it i already buy from this site and was happy with my other purchases,but i do seem to have more zip as my children say,well worth the price

it took a while for me to notice any difference i was at the stage of thinking that i was going to give up,but glad i didnt i can really feel a boost in my energy levels ,it took about 6 weeks for me to notice a change ,i suppose you have to give it chance to work and i am a bit inpatient ,really glad i carried on so my message is give it a chance it really will make a difference
