Details
Vitamin D3 known as the sunshine vitamin. Through the warmer months most of us get vitamin D from natural sunlight, but in the colder months we don't have enough sunlight to provide the vitamin D we need, our bodies create vitamin D from exposure to sunlight. For those that don't get enough sun or when it's cold and grey outside a supplement can be beneficial. Our high strength tablets provide a daily dose of 125μg (5000iu) of vitamin D , Vitamin D3 helps to maintain healthy teeth and bones.
