Chondroitin is found naturally in your body. It’s an important part of the cartilage in our joints, giving it elasticity by helping it retain water. Glucosamine and Chondroitin work in synergy together and it's for this reason we have combined Glucosamine with Chondroitin in one convenient tablet.

I find that this combination of joint supplements works well for me, i have joint problems that used to hamper my movements but now 7 months later i am more supple and have less pain in my joints. I take this supplement for swollen and painful joints, thankfully it has reduced the pain and the swelling is more bearable. To anyone taking this for the first time i would say don't expect overnight results as it took about 3 months to be really effective for me. Don't give up on it as it does make a huge difference.

My Knees began clicking so i went to the docs and they said i have early onset of arthritus, a mate said try this gluc and chond and it has worked on my clicking knees. I am a manual labourer and it has helped with my knees.

Select healthy's glucosamine and chondroitin works better for me than just glucosamine on its own. I have tried glucosamine on its own and it did improve my joint flexibility but i find this combination works even better. Only my opinion but it is a good product. I am happy to rate it 5 stars.

Select Healthy's gluc and chond is value for money, especially at the moment with the bogof offer. I have been using it for a couple of months now and have been quite impressed with how it has helped me. I suffer with pain and stiffness in my lower back and this has helped to reduce the pain and i am also less stiff. With this offer i have stocked up for thew next year, great stuff.
